Apple Cider Vinegar is a must have in every home, crunchy or not. From your kitchen to your gut health, ACV can help improve your life!

Made from apple cider that has undergone fermentation, it forms health promoting enzymes and probiotics.

My favorite ways to use it:

  1. Boosts Gut Health and Regulates Blood Sugar- 1 tablespoon a day into your 8 ounce cup of water enhances the health of your digestive system benefits sugar levels!
  2. ACV Skin Toner- Dilute with water onto a cotton pad and apply to your freshly cleansed skin. It acts as a natural toner to regulate your ph levels and fight any bacteria left on the skin. ACV is anti fungal and kills off strains of acne causing bacteria.
  3. ACV Hair Rinse- 1/2 cup of the super cider in your shower will help dry and dull hair become shiny. It also reduces the buildup of product and oils on your scalp. The smell is refreshing and can be done after your regular hair routine!
  4. ACV Home- Grab a spray bottle, dilute every 8 ounce with 1-2 ounces of ACV to naturally clean your floors, counter tops, and deodorize your home. My most common and favorite use of ACV is soaking my fruit and veggies! I can’t tell you how much better they taste and how much better I feel knowing they are clean without the use of harsh chemicals.
